Policies for a Weekly Stay are different than a Daily Stay. Please read the following and then Make Your Reservation.
How Many Days Does a Weekly Rate Require?
The weekly rate is offered for seven or more (7+) consecutive nights and is prepaid and non-refundable upon early checkout.
What Does the Room Include?
All guest rooms include a comfortable 13.5" Custom Simmons Beautyrest Mattress, Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Flat Screen TV, Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board, Starbucks® Coffee, Bath & Body Works amenities and FREE WIFI. Maid service will be offered twice a week and FREE Laundry Facilities are available to weekly guests.
How Many People Can a Room Accommodate?
Maximum occupancy per room: King = 3 people Double Queen = 4 people
What is the Payment/Deposit Policy for Weekly Stays?
Upon check-in, payment for the entire stay including taxes will be collected. An additional $100 deposit will be authorized for any incidentals or charges. Each subsequent stay payment will be made in the same manner. If someone other than the guest checking in is responsible for the bill, a credit card authorization form is required.
What are your Debit card/Cash Policies?
We gladly accept your use of debit card or cash for this transaction. If debit card is used, your account will be debited at check-in for the projected total amount of room and tax plus a $500 deposit. If cash, the total amount of room and tax plus a $500 deposit is required. An additional deposit is required in accordance with the pet policy if a pet is present.
When you check out, upon satisfactory inspection of the room, the $500 deposit or a portion thereof will be returned to you. Anything taken or damaged during your stay will be charged to your credit card or deposit if paid by cash or debit card. If paid by cash, the funds will be returned by hotel check within 3 business days. If paid by debit card, the funds will be credited to your debit card. However, depending on the processor and your bank’s procedures, it could take up to 10 days for the amount to be credited to your account.
What are Your Registration Policies?
You must be 21 years old to check in. A valid government issued picture I.D. for each adult (18 and older) must be presented. Each occupant is equally responsible for payment of all rates, charges, costs and fees associated with the room where the occupant is registered. All payments are non-refundable. Children age 17 and younger stay FREE in your room.
What are Your Check in/Check Out Times?
Check in starts at 3pm. Check-out time is 11AM and a Late Check- Out fee will be accessed if this time is exceeded.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
A standard cancellation policy apply to most reservations, which means you must cancel 24 hours prior to your arrival, otherwise the first night rate quoted plus taxes will be charged to the credit card used to book the room.
How Often does Housekeeping Service my Room?
Full Housekeeping service will be available twice per week. Towel service and trash removal will be provided as requested. At minimum, every third (3rd) day the room will be inspected. If Hotel discovers unsanitary conditions exist in a guest room, the guest has 24 hours from notification to clean their room. After that, a $75 dollar cleaning fee will be charged to the guests account and the guest may be evicted. Smoking is permitted in designed areas only.
What is your Pet policy?
Pets are welcome at Hotel Eleganté. An additional deposit is required in accordance with pet policy if a pet is present in the room.
Pets must weigh less than 50 pounds. Maximum 2 pets per room permitted.
One-time non-refundable pet fees - $150 per pet for all 7+ nights of stay
Cats are not allowed unless an extra $250.00 damage fee is held due to spraying/odor issues and guest must understand we will charge extra if, upon inspection, the damages exceed that amount. A Weekly Stay Policy agreement and a Pet policy agreement will be presented for signing at the time of check in.
